Refund policy
Hypebrickz has one of the most generous return policies that you'll find! We accepts returns, for any reason, within 30 days after receipt of your in-stock items. Just contact us via Messages or Email and we’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
However, some of our products are collectible and have certain conditions under which they must be returned in order to keep their value. We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy, as stated below.
Please note that by purchasing goods from Hypebrickz, you have agreed to the following terms.
1. All MTO(Made to Order) items are final sales. Most figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs, and are often hand-painted or hand-assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and, in fact, often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise purchased on Hypebrickz has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken in half, has missing parts or missing accessories, etc.), please reach out immediately with photos, the related unpacking video, your name, your order number and what is damaged. We will evaluate the photos and make a decision. If the damage qualifies for an exchange, we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item if one is available. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternate item or a full refund.
2. For defective products purchased at Hypebrickz, please contact Customer Service at info@hypebrickz.com within five (5) days from the date of receipt and provide the order number, reason for return, the related unpacking video, and a return e-mail address. For information security, please kindly contact us with the email that you used to place an order.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
If you've changed your mind, we kindly ask that you pay for the return shipping label and we'll be happy to issue a full refund once the item arrives back to us.
If the item was damaged in transit, or there's another issue that's clearly our fault, we will gladly provide you with a return shipping label free of charge.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued once the returned item has arrived back at our warehouse. Please allow 2 business days after receipt for the refund to post to your account.
